What is NLP?

As you know I have recently become qualified as an NLP practitioner.

This is just a brief summary of what NLP is and what you can achieve with this type of coaching.

NLP stands for Neuro-linguistic programming. NLP is not therapy or counselling. Progress is made using techniques that have been devised on modelling highly successful and emotionally centred people since the 1970’s.

Negative emotions cause emotional stress on the body and this has knock-on effects on health.

Emotions such as:

  • fear,
  • lack of confidence,
  • poor self-image
  • anxiety

hold us back from being the person who we really want to be.

By understanding how the mind works and noticing thought patterns, and finding your limiting beliefs you can turn your way of thinking and resolve problems and achieve goals. It achieves mental clarity where once confusion existed.

NLP is useful for:

  • bringing about change,
  • avoiding procrastination,
  • facing fears (and phobias),
  • building confidence and positive self-image,
  • breaking down barriers,
  • overcoming stress and anxiety issues,
  • motivation and focus

It turns negativity into POSITIVITY AND SUCCESS!
