Are you eating right for your health goals? Personalised diet recommendations, pinpointing areas that need support. Start using foods to optimise rather than impair your health. Learn to use your food as nourishment “Food is Medicine.”

Learn how to make healthy swaps and reduce foods that maybe zapping your energy or causing you symptoms of general malaise. What imbalances might you have in your body? Do you have any predispositions to lifestyle diseases? Knowledge is power – you can be in harmony with what your body needs and adopt new lifestyle habits that fit in with the demands of your life for a good balance.

This is a one hour session when I spend time listening to your history; any factors that have got you to where you are now, any health conditions past, present and any you may be predisposed to. We devise an eating and lifestyle plan together to help you with your health goals.

A recommended food list of what to include to support your intervention, and which foods to reduce or avoid is given.

You will receive a report detailing the background to the evidence based interventions chosen for you. You will be able to see the recommendations at a glance of diet and lifestyle changes plus any supplements and further testing recommendations, if appropriate. 

You are welcome to book follow up sessions in a time frame that suits you. They can be 30 or 60 minutes and charged at an hourly rate.

This is similar to the 30 day programme but in 90 days we can make lasting habit changes and find root causes of symptoms. 

Here we can really get to grips to find what is behind your struggles with sleep, anxiety, low energy, weight gain and other issues.

Are you feeling under par with no reason why? Maybe you are on medications but you are not feeling the benefits.  Here we can target nutrition and lifestyle changes to support you you back to wellness and help alleviate any side-effects of medications.

This programme is also ideal for anyone who is struggling with their hormones whether that’s PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fertility issues, or Menopausal Mayhem.

A menu plan with recipes and a shopping list is sent to you following the consultation.  These are personalised recipes that support your health goals, but they can be easily adapted for the rest of the household. 

An accompanying report details the background to the evidence based interventions chosen for you. 

If appropriate, I may recommend in-depth testing to investigate your symptoms further. The results can help target and support specific pathways in the body, which may lead to quicker progress.

Supplements may also be recommended along with a balanced diet.  I will detail the importance of specific food groups to your needs depending on the findings.

We schedule in fortnightly calls or emails for accountability and motivation. This is a chance for us to assess how the diet and lifestyle interventions are progressing and we can discuss what’s working and what you may be struggling with. We then adapt the menu plans and lifestyle suggestions to keep you on track.

Option for VIP status: Weekly check-ins and daily support/contact for £647. Payment plans available.

Changing your diet and lifestyle requires a change in behaviour.  Our behaviour is a result of our thoughts and emotions.  The way we react to information is all down to our beliefs and values.  These are often formed in childhood and grow up with us.

What is your relationship like with food? Disordered? You may not have an eating disorder but disordered eating. I can help you with this.

Why is it so hard to make healthy choices? You put in all your effort to a diet or an exercise plan and then “fall off the wagon” feeling absolutely lousy for failing, and beat yourself up for not being able to stick to it.

Do you eat when you are bored, stressed,  upset or tired? We have confused our brains that we can ‘eat our emotions’ to make us feel better, but eating doesn’t resolve the reasons above and make us feel worse in the long term. A vicious cycle is created.

I help you start to break these habits and transform your thinking to be healthier, happier, leaner and fitter for the long term. Plus you still get to enjoy treats!

We start with an evaluation of where you are today and your past eating habits to find out how the food you eat affects your health goals. I spend time listening to your history; any factors that have got you to where you are now, any health conditions past, present and any you may be predisposed to. We devise a plan of action for the next few weeks to help you with your mindset and break bad habits eg binge eating. 

Keeping a Food and Mood journal is key for progress. Any setbacks are learning opportunities. Menu plans and recipes are available or you may adapt your own eating plans to be more therapeutic.

We get together every week for an hour where we explore mindset changes to enable you to make habit changes a piece of cake.

I give you the tools to be ‘free’ yourself from self-sabotaging behaviour and deal with challenges in your life.

We explore your goals and link them to something that you can relate to. This makes them easier to achieve and sustainable.

Stress management is key to health so we spend time looking at your energy drains and revivers.

The progress you make with your health goals and mindset work spills over to other areas of your life.  The relationship you have with food is often mirrored with your relationship with yourself. This programme may also give you more confidence and raise your self-esteem so that you see and feel differently about other areas of your life.  Having a more positive outlook on challenging situations at work or at home is less of a drain on your energy.

This programme is ideally over 12-24 sessions. The initial assessment package is 6 sessions.
