Enjoy a day of mind-body-soul wellness, centred around creating energy through better nutrition and creating positivity in an amazingly beautiful venue with me.

It’s time to It’s time to wake up and emerge from dark cold nights and look forward to extra daylight and the sun’s life force.  Time to feel invigorated and ignite the desire to feel the buzz of productivity, a spring in your step, and put a smile on your face

A Day of Holistic Wellness to Nourish Your Mind, Body, and Soul.
We are going to:

  • Eat well 
  • Drink well
  • Think well
  • Play well
  • Rest well

We take our lessons from nature, eating seasonal produce, learning when best to use our energy, and how to regulate our stress response.

And we might get to hug a tree! The power of nature on our well-being has been shown to have positive effects, so we will be exploring the gardens and connecting with plants, flowers, trees, and ourselves.

What to expect on this day retreat (TBC):

  • Kombucha and fresh juice shot plus a snack on arrival
  • Welcome and introduction session
