- reframe unhelpful thinking
- become more resilient
- regain confidence and energy
This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking to reduce stress, improve resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace.

- Have aches and pains in joints and muscles
- Have tension headaches
- You feel drained most of the time.
- Feel sluggish and without focus

- Grazing board lunch
- Welcome and introduction session
- Grounding exercises
