It’s been a very busy week in No.15 Cafe where I have baking lots of Easter treats such as a loaded chocolate brownie – mini eggs, sprinkles, marshmallows and anything else chocolately I could find all thrown on top of our decadent brownie mix. We have also had a
chocolate swirl cake covered with chocolate ganache and minieggs, a simnel cake (not shown), a gluten free chocolate orange cake, and a marbled malted chocolate cake covered with Maltesers and white chocolate mini eggs! All have gone down a treat.
What have you been baking for Easter? For our family get together I will be making a strawberry cheesecake and a brownie birthday cake – both refined sugar free. Pictures up tomorrow! Happy Easter Everyone!
